Assessment Increase
The Board voted to increase the monthly assessment by $44.00 for 2018.The monthly assessment for 2018 will become $266.00. January assessments are due on January 1, 2018. Coupon book should be on there way soon. If you have any question contact the Legacy office at 480-3471900.
