Colonial Manor Mesa

The Colonial Manor Mesa HOA board of directors will host a regular board meeting on March 19th, 2024 at the community clubhouse at 6:30PM.   The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports.   If you have any questions, please contact the Association's management company, Legacy Community Partners.

CHRISTMAS PARTY Chuck’s & Anita will be hosting their Annual Christmas Party at the Clubhouse on Saturday 12/16 at 7 PM – 9 PM. There will be Cookies, Santa’s helper, and a small gift for the kids. Please be sure to rsvp to Anita at 480-273-7476 any children attending, so we make sure to have enough gifts.   *Event is not HOA funded*

August 10th-13th Dumpsters will be placed out on Cherry for homeowners to use and dump bulk trash!   Please see the attached flyers for what you can and cannot put into the dumpsters coming August 10th! They will be removed on August 13th.

Legacy will be closed Friday July 3rd in observance of the 4th of July holiday.   Legacy will also be closed on Fridays in July.    If you have an emergency, please call Legacy at 480-347-1900 to obtain the emergency number. We apologize for any inconvenience.
